Help create life-changing experiences for people who will change lives.
Every program runs at cost. Your gift is the difference between a kid who can go and a kid who can't.
50% of students come on a need-based scholarship
Nobody gets priced out.
We never want these programs to be cost-prohibitive. Aid runs from $500 to a full ride and is decided on need and drive. Through the nonprofit model, a kid whose family could never pay for a week like this gets the same week as everyone else, and arrives with bigger eyes.
What a donation pays for
Scholarships
Need-based financial aid for students from the States and abroad, and the girls' fund that helps grow Girls Week.
Local students
The Pollito scholarship brings young people from Guanaja, the Bahamas, Xcalak and Costa Rica into the week, and the guide apprenticeship turns some of them into the next generation of guides.
Conservation
Mangrove planting, reef restoration, lionfish removal and citizen science with the organizations we partner with in each location.
Trip leaders and the team
The alumni who lead the weeks, their training and certifications, and the ongoing development of the curriculum.

Thank you. We appreciate your generosity.
"To be honest, I don't donate to many things. I usually just don't trust that my money is going where it should be going. But when I received your email to donate, I didn't hesitate. My son came home from Guanaja a changed young man. He came home talking about humanity, life and just being grateful for the community. He loved the fishing too, but it was truly secondary to the experience. There are four words that come to mind over and over again when I think about this trip and how it affected him: confidence, empathy, passion and curiosity."
